Who we are

Henriette Kirchgaesser is a Swiss-German professional with a diverse background spanning finance, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry. She began her career in finance and later spent 12 years as a compliance officer at a boutique Trust Office in Zürich, where she played a key role in launching the business. With strong expertise in supply chain operations, she transitioned into the healthcare sector and, as of end of 2023 is a board member at Impact Ingredients International AG. In this role, Henriette is a decision maker with regards to new and existing supplier and customer partnerships and agreements. Moreover, she is managing all timely business, supply chain and financial operations.

Henriette: “My personal vision is to improve, prolong and preserve the quality of life having healthy, high quality and sustainable food available for everyone. By working in partnership with the global leaders in the Food (ingredients) industry, where there is already a great fundament and ability to reach consumers all over the world, and to combine that with innovation power and agility by working closely together with our global partners to improve and implement the very best and sustainable global supply chains, for me is the most meaningful thing I can do in my professional life.”

Impact Ingredients International has the exclusive partnership with Sofinol SA in Switzerland, a global leading batch refining plant in Omega 3 and 6 specialty oils and 100% owned by Swiss Food multinational Nestlé. With this partnership the company started with a complete portfolio of EPA and DHA Omega 3 Fish and Algae oils as well as ARA Omega 6 Fungi oil for the Early Life and Adult nutrition markets.

Moreover, with the partnership with Malaysian origin and Germany based globally leading Oleochemical company KLK Oleo, Impact Ingredients International could add the full range of KLK’s MCT oils to their portfolio for the Early Life nutrition market. With these 2 partnerships (and future new ones to come) combined with Impact Ingredients International global experience and network, the company is continuously focusing on innovation to extend the product range and service the market the best way possible.
